“Attended an appointment this afternoon with Annette and I feel she needs some recognition; she was fantastic.
We were looking to change a Current Account to a Joint Account to better manage outgoings. Annette made the appointment feel very personal, she took the time to understand what we needed, and guided us through what was required to make the switch.
During the appointment, Annette also made some recommendations, such as moving my Tech Pack from my Current Account to the Joint Account so we would both benefit. She also recommended the Travel Pack and explained the benefits/perks of having one, something we'll be adding to the account shortly.
People are quick to complain, so I think it's important to call out where service is exceptional. Annette is a credit to your company and it would be a pleasure to deal with her in the future.”

The oldish skinny lady with the blond hair looks like a bull dog chewing a wasp.I don't know why she bothers turning up for work because she acts like she doesn't even want to be there. She's ignorant, unhelpful and very huffy... I'm not surprised customers prefer to bank elsewere. Poor customer service, and a volitile attitude.”
