The new premises I find discriminates against our older population. I now have to attend with my elderly father who cannot stand for long periods. The que for the 2 self service machines was more than 7 people in line (2 machines is not enough). There was counter service available with only 1 person already being seen... read full comment

Absolutely dreadful since they moved I'm thinking of changing banks ,spoken to like a child ushered to an atm no tills rubbish is an understatement
