The staff are being faced with high demand and customer complaints which are not helpful and do not make any difference to the wait time .Spoke with one of the members after listening to a barrage of abuse.Was awful . It is a pharmacy not a sweet shop. The staff are extremely helpful always have been and are informative, no issues letting you know the facts regarding the pressures. If you don't want to wait the option is always there to go elsewhere . Overhead a customer in the queue mention his partner could die . I think a&e is the best place not a shop. Couldn't imagine having to deal with people like this day in and day out . The Staff deserve a lot more . If you are told to wait then wait . Your are not more important than the person in front . “I’m shocked to read the bad reviews because my experience of this pharmacy have been really good, and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful - I moved locally last year and have been driving 15 mins to go to my old pharmacy because they were so good till I discovered this one!”
