“Got my new Puma Palermos from this JD using click & collect. Slick and easy experience. Order placed on Thursday and they were there to pick up on the Monday. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order with three emails - order confirmation, dispatch notice, they're ready to collect. Staff in the shop are friendly and efficient. And, as a bonus, this shop doesn't have the irritating music blasting like you'll find in some of the bigger JD locations (such as Byker). One bit of feedback would be to update the opening hours on Google, as I was able to pop in after work before the shop closed at 17.30. Overall a great experience and I'm delighted with my new kicks.”

“I absolutely love this shop. The clothes are striking and well made. I was so disappointed when the Cramlington branch closed. We had brilliant staff there who would advise you which styles and colours were most suitable for you. Perfect for special occasions or just when you want something different. This branch is too far away so I don't get there very often.”

“A small Asda, but a lot cheaper than convenience stores near by, eg Asda own brands, varied selection of goods, and opening hours are early to late, staff are very helpful on self service checkouts.”

“We've been here a few times and it never seems to be busy. A few shops have since closed, the brewery being one but it still goes on. Currently there is some revamping of the parking going on, maybe that will inject some more life into it. Having said all that the shops that remain all seem to be ticking over and it's nice to be able to walk round and not be constantly bumping into people.”
