The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was not even offered assistance with ordering my medication. Instead, my prescription was handed back to me, and I was told to go somewhere else to get it. Extremely rude member of staff called Jess. Stood there laughing refusing to serve me some medication because she thought I had already been in a couple days before requesting it, when I’ve never been to this branch before. Luckily another lovely woman served me in the end

Very rude staff no privacy as they shouted the name of my medication from the back of the shop to the counter I was very upset and embarrassed
