Used to love this place. It felt special. But they've cut costs and it's obvious. For me, breakfast in bed was the one thing that separated them. Now it's gone; you have to attend the restaurant. Or select cereal to the room ("ONE PER GUEST" .. "YOU CAN FIND TEA/COFFEE IN YOUR ROOM"). I can find instant coffee in my room;... read full comment

I read the reviews and they said they hotel was tired and dated, I experienced nothing of the sort. It was warm, welcoming and the staff could not have done enough for us. The in-house cafe and the bar and restaurant on level one were exquisite.
