I went into Halifax today 27, June, to obtain a credit card. I was told that a credit card could not be carried out in store because there isn't any one accredited to do this! Literally the rudest and most unhelpful customer service I’ve ever received. Staff shouldn’t be public facing if they’re that disinterested.
