Took my phone for a warranty repair. Should have been a straightforward fix. The device had clearly failed because of manufacturing issues but EE refused outright. Claiming that some micro abrasions barely perceptible to the eye in the screen protector (they also didn’t affect the device operation or use in any way)... read full comment

Very friendly staff, took my phone to get repaired for a speaker problem, took longer than expected to get it back but parts needed to be ordered so id say its understandable, its also authorised by Samsung for all mobile repairs.
