Rude, unprofessional and incompetent staff, also in breach of GDPR guidelines by hand writing down my personal information in view of other customers. The staff in this store were unable to process a very simple request for a replacement sim card on my account.

Can usually get a good service from EE staff. My issue was that I was kept waiting at reception with no acknowledgement of my presence or advise as to how long I would need to wait even though staff were aware I was there.
