Visited Gateshead Metro Centre store for some Xhristmas gifts. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering our questions very patiently. Also gifted us one of our choices in a random act of kindness. Lovely surprise.

Our store has a double sized roller door, on one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store has waist height product display units, clutterfree pathways that allow free access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The till is easily accessible and is located at the back of the shop on the left hand wall.
