The staff is lovely and helpful I always buy flooring from them for my house and also for my studio and I only coming to this store because everyone is so lovely compare to other carpet shops?

Staff very helpful if you interact with them, which i prefer rather than being followed around asking if you need assistance. If you need assistance just ask. They were happy to cut carpet and vinyl pieces to approximate size, and free delivery all good
