I have always had excellent service from Richard and the Team at Well on Beaconsfield Road, and continue to do so. Mindful that it is currently the only Pharmacy operating on Low Fell they must be under a lot of pressure to deliver and in my opinion they continue to do an admirable job in the circumstances.

Rang asking on whereabouts of prescription that had been in a week. Will be delivered Tuesday apparently as ‘didn’t fit on van’. Will have to collect. Went to collect. It’s not ready and you are not down for delivery. Finally said they are revised delivery and taken us off. Not communicated at all and simply lied... read full comment
