Violet came over (after a team member passed us over quite abruptly to her so he could see to his headache). We explained our daughter has been having sensory issues with her feet and Violet set to task to establish boundaries & find the best shoes. Kind, patient and friendly she was the perfect assistant and helped us find 2 pairs perfect. She didn’t pressurise the sale and genuinely wanted to help us - both my husband and I work in service and she was exceptional at every point”

“To the previous post. I feel your frustration but you can't blame the staff for where the changing rooms are and how they are put up.. and to call the staff creepy is a bit unfair in my opinion.. And regarding the refund policy.
Sports Direct have never done refunds and they do have signs up at the tills stating that.. But also, if you'd have asked the cashier what there policy was they would have told you.. it's upto you to ask.”
