Staff are excellent, I have been a customer for years and in all that time have never had cause to complain, hopefully it will be there for many years to come, good luck to the staff and keep your heads up high.

I been there because zoom convert took the money from my account. That is like scammer because I used app for £1.99 but they took £29.90 but Lloyds bank staff said we can’t do anything. She said you do your self ?? We haven’t time about the cancellation the pending money
