Kylisa and Lana have demonstrated excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond!! Their product knowledge and delivery of their customer service was second to none. Highly recommend visiting this store! Both girls deserve a pay rise

Shockingly poor customer service. Clueless staff standing around ignoring customers. Had to wait 10 minutes to find someone to get a shoe size. Then another 15 minutes at the till. Spent 1/2 hour in store looking at mens clothing .No customer service at all .To busy chatting at counter. As was about 7 ladies around aftershave and perfume dept what training do these people have no wonder there are no customers in this store.
