Stayed here whilst visiting a conference centre nearby. It's in a good location, with parking available nearby in a multi storey. Rooms were as expected in a premier inn, nothing fancy but a good night's sleep! Service at dinner was a bit slow and I could see our meals sat on the side for 10 mins under the heat lamp before they were delivered to the table. But it was still tasty!

Love a premier inn - you know what you are going to get and that's all you need on a budget trip away! Only thing this time round was some soiled children's clothes had been left in the drawer from the previous guests and hadn't been cleaned - I appreciate the cleaning time between guests won't be great but that is not something you really want to find in your "cleaned" room ?

great place!! very close to the shopping centre and italia conti, the room was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful!
Walkability: only a short walk from the station, and literally across the road from the shopping centre and italia conti :)

Rooms were ok, sink was blocked but fixed promptly once reception was informed. Helpful staff, not really great views in the concrete jungle of woking, likely interesting for those that like people watching.
Beds comfy, vending machines on ground floor. Short walk to Morissons and restaurants.
Parking in the multi-storey car park across the road, path and short walk to hotel, ample spaces.
Nearby activities: Across the road from two shopping malls, arcades and outdoor food market. Lots of restaurants near the town center, close to the train if you need to get places.

Awful place, disgusting too. Hot water had been off the day before we arrived to the hotel, we arrived and as I went to get in the shower, it was freezing. The staff never informed us of the hot water being switch off. Tap water in the bathroom was orangey-brown coloured, so yeah.
Food was nice however, would deffo eat again but very disappointed in the lack of information.
Rooms: Water was a rusty colour, bathroom a bit spacious, wheelchair accessible. Lock door.
Bedroom itself was nice, beds were a bit comfy, clean.
TV was small, vanity's were nice.
Nearby activities: Thorpe park, bowling down the street.
Safety: Lockable bathroom and front door, all windows are locked. Hair drier nearly caught on fire.

Booked a family room a week in advance, but when we arrived it was a normal double room.
Upon informing reception of the shortage of beds they brought two more kids beds into the already small room, and squashed them all in alongside the back wall.
No hot water, was told would be fixed shortly, but still no hot water by morning.
Can?t fault the full English cooked breakfast tho, 10/10.

So, I came to this place about two years ago and it was okay, we asked to be put on the highest floor and they said yes. But the cooking equipment was broken so we couldn?t have breakfast

A clean, affordable hotel.
It is located close to the center.
Big rooms, same bathroom.

Travelled for business. Would not recommend, poor location, no onsite parking closest over night parking is 13-14 minutes walk away. Arrived at 7:30pm after 5 and half hour travel to be told the restaurant had closed at 6pm even though there is a sign as you walk in showing it open until 10pm, asked about room service to which I was told no. You can?t open the window in the room so it?s either grossly warm or you need the air con on constantly which is just as bad, fresh air would always be best!

Low hygiene room.
Breakfast not good. Very limited options.
No fridge or water in the room.
Walkability: Only location is positive point about it nothing else.

Great place to stop over for the night. Friendly staff and good food as usual.
No parking on site but 24 hour car park only 5 minute walk away

Typical prem inn. Cook at breakfast was a very nice man and cooked food on request.
