“Our new Shaker kitchen is brilliant.Khozema and his team expertly made us exactly what we wanted and his design ideas were great. The table also was stunning .We have a bespoke all wood kitchen for a very good price.”

“Lift was broken so there was only one other lift working. Not fun if you are on the 5th or 6th floor. Not sure why there are still roadworks outside the hotel since we last visited 2 years ago. Not the hotels fault but parking not as easy to get to.”

“Reception staff are great, they go the extra mile. The breakfast is fine, however it's a pity they don't have gluten free bread.The evening meal especially Arabians is love.It's a shame that the rooms aren't serviced every day, I spoke to a receptionist who said the decision was made not to service the room, however, now that we are meant to be living with Covid surely rooms should be cleaned every dayOverall a nice stay, 9 out of 10”

“Really good hotel. Every time I have stayed it has always been a positive experience. The woman who helped us during our last stay was so helpful. We stayed Saturday 11th November and the woman was manning the desks on her own but went above and beyond to help us, since we had made a mistake with our booking. So a massive thank you.Rooms: Nice and clean consistently. Usually quiet and there is a restaurant right next to the hotel if you do not wish to travel far to dine.”
