“I could not be happier with the service that I had for my son at Bayfields. We had to get an eye test in quickly due to his sight being an issue for driving. We literally got an appointment the next day. They explained everything in detail at the appointment as well as giving us a number of solutions. So I felt they were looking at the issue holistically not just glasses as a resolution. The glasses themselves were ready in a number of days which was amazing. The staff there were so friendly and helpful and my son and I came away feeling they had resolved all our issues but also did it such a professional and friendly manner we could literally not fault the service in any way. “This review is ONLY for the optical department of this ASDA STORE. The store itself leaves a lot to be desired. But the staff of the optical section are professional and most helpful and are a credit to ASDA. The choice of frames available is very good and the overall price is very competitive with the other well known High Street brands. I ended up paying just under half the price I was quoted by Spec Savers who I have always used in the passed. WELL DONE ASDA FROM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.”

“Complete Community Care came out to check my granddad vision while he was staying at Collingwood Grange care home and provided a great and patient optical service. He has been known to be a little short with people since he became bed bound, but the lovely optician Karen was very patient with him and made sure he got the prescription he needed, so when the family visit he can see who's talking - there are a lot of us who visit and all sound quite similar. Thank you for improving my granddad's quality of life and sorry if my Granddad was a bit of a flirt, he thought Karen was very lovely lol :)”

“I have always had my eyes tested and purchased glasses from the national chains of opticians. However, Chobham Eye Clinic were highly recommended so I decided to give them a try. Surprisingly, their eye test service actually improved on the the accuracy of my prescription when compared to the test I had recently had at one of the chains. They have a very extensive range of frames available and I was particularly impressed by the patience and time, without any pressure, they were willing to spend helping me find the most suitable set. Sam and his team provided an excellent service and I can highly recommend them.”
