Depot lies about how many times they have attempted delivery. Then just sends parcel back to shipper for no apparent reason. Customer service can't be bothered!

I had an order of three items expected delivery on 4 October. On 5 October, I received one of the items and the other two are now still gathering dust in their Byfleet warehouse with no expected date for delivery. Trying to phone them is an exercise in futility.

Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1 star, what a mess, Home office said the item will be delivered within 48 hours and I will receive an confirmation text or by email 24 hours before the delivery, I haven't received any thing, after 5 days without any notice I found that the delivery person came when I was at home and alleged that no one there. I tracked the item online to found that they sent the item back to the Home office. I called to make sure that this is not a mistake the person on the phone was behaving very bad, and said we have sent the letter back told him that your website says period of 28 days before sending the item to the home office, he said no 28 days is no longer available and He said we have a mess in the system YES that what he literally said.

If I could leave 0 star I would. I wonder where did they find all the great people to work for the company- all customer services and delivery drivers demonstrating the same value: absolutely no care for customers. Evri has got a strong competitor for the worst logistics company in the uk.

I was waiting for my express delivery 24hr parcel for 4 days which I ended up collecting myself because driver couldn?t find clearly written address. And because of that I couldn?t finish my projects wasted 3 of mine and my employee working days, lost money etc.btw still waiting on other parcels that has apparently been sent back to Germany for same reason.

They've had my parcel for nearly a month. They've lied about attempting to deliver 6 times. Their online support is awful and can only relay the tracking info from their website. Absolutely shocking - just like all the other reviews. I can only imagine their warehouse is stacked with thousands of parcels and they don't actually own any delivery vans.

My Fedex delivery was meant to happen on Friday 10th March. Initially between 08.20 and 12.20 hrs. Nothing! Then an updated message said by 18.00 hrs. that day: Nothing! Their message said a delivery had been attempted. A lie - I was waiting-in all day. Then I had to re-schedule for the following Monday - as for some reason, FedEx do not automatically deliver the next business day - YOU have to re-book it! The same thing happened on Monday - the date I had to re-schedule the delivery. They said it would be delivered between 08.20 and 12.20 hrs. Nothing! Then the same message saying it would be delivered by 18.00 hrs. that day: Nothing! Now Tuesday and exactly the same has happened! No delivery. I have now taken 3 days off work - essentially being held to ransom by FedEx - "The World On Time" is their tagline! Their Depot is 40 mins from where I live! A joke. The MD should be embarrassed. People need to lose their jobs. FedEx used to be the best in the world - albeit 30 years ago - what happened? No-one cares. I will have to drive - like countless others to their Depot to try an extract my package somehow - if it's there?!?

So far 3 delivery dates, times and schedules.Still no actual delivery. Package has had 3 notifiable delays at fedex hubs. Fedex are very good at emails but useless at delivering. I for one will never use a company that uses fedex as their courier of choice.

Dreadful service. Waiting a week for a package. Suppost to deliver on a monday but they apparently couldnt then they reattempted wednesday and still no delivery then on thursday with the same thing and again on thursday. So be prepared to collect your parcel. The staff at the depot are friendly but the delivery service is a shambles.

Very disappointed by their services.No delivery attempt has been made on the 9th and 10th and yet the driver logged in and took a photo of a different address claiming to have tried to deliver at mine. When I called the call handler hang up on me. Very rude customer services. This is very unacceptable... And unfair.

I do not understand how this service works and surely you will be another their victim, so get ready to pick up your parcel at Byfleet. I have been waiting for my BRP card delivery the whole day, there was no call or knock at the door. But the driver only attached photo of my door and commented that I was not at home. After I realised that nobody was going to deliver my BRP card and I had to pick it up by myself spending half of the day.
