Depot lies about how many times they have attempted delivery. Then just sends parcel back to shipper for no apparent reason. Customer service can't be bothered!

I had an order of three items expected delivery on 4 October. On 5 October, I received one of the items and the other two are now still gathering dust in their Byfleet warehouse with no expected date for delivery. Trying to phone them is an exercise in futility.

Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1 star, what a mess, Home office said the item will be delivered within 48 hours and I will receive an confirmation text or by email 24 hours before the delivery, I haven't received any thing, after 5 days without any notice I found that the delivery person came when I was at home...
