We were encouraged to try on as many frames on as we liked, which we did!My eyesight test with Callum was relaxed and fun and I felt completely at ease. Callum gave my eyes a thorough exam and explained all the equipment (as I was asking lots of questions) which I genuinely found really interesting. There were plenty of frames to chose from in the store and all the staff were super knowable about all the lens options. Instead of being daunted by all the choices (particularly in my mums case), they made it really simple by explaining our options and helping us to feel informed about our decisions. We were a rowdy bunch of three, however, all the staff were fun, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend Callum and the team to anyone.”
