I had enquired about a property last week, put in my offer, have phoned every day to find out if my offer had been accepted.
I was told they would let me know Wednesday. Today. I had to phone them to and ask again. So they found out yesterday afternoon. Would have been great for them to let me know when they found out as I put in the first offer.
Unprofessional.
Not impressed.
Don't recommend.

Martin & Co managed a property for me for 3 years and acted as the Estate Agent when I came to sell the property. They consistently provided an excellent service to me and my tenants, they responded to queries and questions professionally and quickly throughout that time and gave good advice in respect to rent levels and on selling my property. Amy McMin in particular was excellent and extremely helpful and I had good experiences dealing with other people at Martin & Co including Zou.

Absolutely fantastic service. I couldn't have asked for a better Estate Agents to help me settle in to a new country. They made the transition as seamless and as stress-free as possible. They are professional and respond promptly. Throughout this experience, they have gone above and beyond and provided me with advice and answered any queries I had. It is important to separate the Estate Agents from the landlord/landlady however (as dealing with the landlady was an entirely unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience). I do want to sincerely thank the team for all of their efforts, especially in such trying times!

I have rented out a property through Martin & Co's Walton branch and they have just been a total breeze to deal with throughout, from first enquiry through to making an offer, sorting paperwork, moving in, and dealing with maintenance issues. They are true professionals and provide a warm, efficient, "family run business" feel at every stage of the process. They've also consistently demonstrated a clear and conscientious regard for my landlord too, including recommending cost saving measures for repairs etc, as well as trying to get urgent things done in a timely manner for me too. They really do care about everyone concerned, a lost art for most agents. I wouldn't hesitate to use Martin & Co again or to recommend them, be it for renting (as a tenant or landlord), purchasing, or selling. They will always be my first preference now.

Poor. Simply poor. Emailed me regarding an enquiry I made but with someone else?s name. A clear cut and paste job on the email. Then I followed up to my enquiry as there was no reply, 4 days later still no contact.Awful service. If you?re renting / selling i wouldn?t use them.
