I am so grateful, Zou, for such a quick response after office working hours. We had gas leaks in our property, and Zou organised a plumber in a few minutes to fix it the problem.

I was told they would let me know Wednesday. Today. I had to phone them to and ask again. So they found out yesterday afternoon. Would have been great for them to let me know when they found out...
