The staff were very rude, honestly the worst I’ve ever seen, I will not be entering back in there.

The staff at the Vodafone store in Staines are a disgrace. They are very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
The staff at the store in Windsor on the other hand are wonderful. They could not be any nicer and helpful. Such a welcome contrast to the Staines store.

The best customer service I have ever received. Akash was so helpful and did the best for me today and so did the owner. Everything was smooth, wright forward and fully explained. Highly reccomend this store if you want Vodafone products with a straight forward quality service. Thank you to Akash and the team.
