“Lukily this store still exists. I was about to walk to the old GAME but it wasn't there and I was freaking out because I thought it was gone from Stained! But luckily it was just in sports direct. They have lots of cool games to pick From and loads of other cool stuff like gift cards and clothes. This store is so cool and I am surprised that they merged 3 shops together.”

“I purchased my Samsung S24 Plus from the Staines store a month ago and had an issue with it. I went back, and the team was amazing! They tried to fix it first (I didn’t want an exchange right away), but eventually swapped it for the same model in a different color.

Even though it took some time to resolve, the team was super helpful and friendly. I walked in anxious but left happy, especially with a small goodwill discount. Their great service also made me feel relaxed enough to buy a smartwatch I’d been eyeing for a while!
