these stores have the worst service I've ever seen, customer service is pathetic and that's why they don't know anything at all, they ignore customers and make fun of them behind their backs, these stores shouldn't exist or they need to change their whole approach to customers, I don't recommend

Cex is pretty great overall, but in terms of the service you get, I've noticed it's all down to the store you go to. I've been to a couple at least a good 2 to 3 times, if not more.
Some store would take an entire day to test, even if you are there before opening (Slough store) ..always seems to be the case here...
