Understaffed. Chaotic stock. Items on the sale rack were not on sale; 15 minutes wait to pay - even with self serve options (self serve upstairs was closed). Ridiculously poor customer service.

Enjoyable and loads of good quality clothes for everyone's taste and comfort, their autumn range is really lovely I'd go in store or to one near you you can't beat the buzz or feeling you get from trying it on and getting to walk about the high Street and travelling back home with your new items in a gorgeous bag everyone... read full comment
