Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.”

“Have yet to have a bad experience at my TKMaxx Staines branch. The point of a TKMaxx store is that one can obtain some really quality clothes/homeware with designer labels but for a much lower price. However, you have to be prepared to 'search'!My experience of the staff is........they are friendly, efficient but striving to deal with long queues of customers who are generally nice to deal with but, on occasions, can be-impatient-rude-unreasonableI visited the store yesterday (4th Dec) and was doing a 'click & collect' so had to wait until there was an available assistant. I was able to observe how relentless and busy the assistants were - a lot of this is due to the Xmas period but nonetheless, they all appeared to be coping, friendly and professional.The problem occurs when their technology/systems let them down. Then you get a backlog of customers. So maybe the 'head honchos' need to think about upgrading their systems and keep it updated!The Manager saw me waiting and was very apologetic for the wait but also proactive and found an assistant to help me. There was a problem with some items and a young lady (Shirani) stepped in to help and resolve the issue.Happy to continue shopping at TKMaxx Staines.”

“Came in here on two separate occasions in one week for a wedding suit. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have found the right fit without them. They gave great suggestions on what exactly to buy and how, and explained how to return the items if needed. Prices and quality are very fair and all round the best place to get mens formal wear, especially last minute!”

The staff were so helpful especially Jordan, who was so patient with us, despite visiting the store at a very busy period. He advised my husband on what style to go for according to my husband’s preferences and body shape. As the store had limited stock, Jordon ordered the suit to be delivered to our home, as we had limited time. In general the staff are so helpful, the store was so tidy and organised, despite the sale. I cannot thank Jordon enough for all his help. Thank you for putting us at ease and for turning a stressful situation into a positive one. Jordon is an asset to River Island, what a lovely, patient and kind man.”

“Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment.The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening.”

“This store recently opened, in all honesty much prefer the big store near the cinema. It’s a nice store, friendly staff just isn’t very big so might not get everything you want. The store is well structured, everything is very clear and concise, especially love the toys and video game section, felt right at home. Purchased quality swimming trunks, water bottle, gym bag for the local spa.”
