“Had wonderful experience at Halfords, Staines branch. It was my first experience here. We along with my family visited this store in pursuit of a bike for my 9 years old son. My son wanted to try couple of bikes and we approached the staff there. Albert was so kind in assisting us he unchained a couple of bikes for my son to try and he patiently answered all of my queries in explaining the difference between the bikes we had looked at bmx and mountain bikes.Finally, we choose a bmx bike and asked whether we need to place an order because the website says collect within 1 hour. Albert quickly checked the stock and confirm the availability. He took our order directly and in 5 minutes the box was in front of us. We did the billing, got some additional accessories too with the help of Albert.Since it was my son's birthday next day we wanted to assemble the bike ourselves as didn't have much time and we walked away with the box. It was very easy with the tool set given and we fixed it ourselves.I would like to thank Albert from my bottom of my heart for his kindness and patience in handling all of our requests and getting my son's dream bmx bike. A big thumbs up to Halfords for providing the wonderful bike and service. I would recommend Halfords, Staines branch if anyone is looking for a bike.”

“Wanted to give feedback on Soumia in the Staines Superdrug store who pierced my ears and my 4yr old daughter's ears. She was so friendly and patient with my little one. I was so thankful to her! We are so happy with our matching studs. It was really quick and I felt virtually no pain (An injection is more painful). Superdrug do not use guns and thats why i chose to come here. I didn't book an appointment, just walked in and waited 5mins to be served. I took the advanced after care solution and I've transferred it into a spray bottle for ease on my little one. I'd 100% recommend Superdrug for ear piercing. Thank you Soumia for your kindness xx”

“Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment.The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening.”

She had a spot on for recommendations when I said that I am looking for a new fragrance and told her what I was using before. It was a nice new fragrance with good value for the quantity. “Came in here on two separate occasions in one week for a wedding suit. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have found the right fit without them. They gave great suggestions on what exactly to buy and how, and explained how to return the items if needed. Prices and quality are very fair and all round the best place to get mens formal wear, especially last minute!”

The store is well structured, everything is very clear and concise, especially love the toys and video game section, felt right at home. Purchased quality swimming trunks, water bottle, gym bag for the local spa.”
