Pathetic customer compassion. I took my car for puncture repair and they returned me saying it’s alright on the day and I was asked to return if there’s is any sign again 4 days later and on the day before of my daughter’s birthday car gave puncture sign again. Appalling service. To avoid the trip to the dealer for a change of break pads and discs, I took the car to this garage. They badly fitted the new pads and discs to a point that after a few days I had to take the car back due to really bad knocking sounds while driving. Don't use this untrustworthy garage. They made up an excuse not to do my wheel alignment which I took to Quikfit who got it done no problem.I overheard someone's MOT failure and the mechanic sounded very intimidating and spoke very loudly to an old man. Appalling service. Go elsewhere.
