“I am a regular there but I have not yet been greeted or said thank you from the cashiers. They seem to be always busy talking to themselves. I see White folks being greeted on the counter, hello Sir/Ma'am, Thank you, Would you like a bag? But when I say helloo, no response, I even say thank you, but nothing. I am new to this area and have been shopping here regularly but now I'm thinking I will start shopping elsewhere.”
“I use this station all the time as its local and the staff are always friendly. Today I broke down and the gentleman in the shop came and put cones out, offered me coffee and even helped me push the truck. Cant thank him enough. First class service.”
