A few months ago when we moved to staines, we wanted to transfer our internet and tv to a new address, the person in the shop said that now BT merged with EE and has a great offer for us. We agreed and that was a mistake: since then only problems like double bills and many others, we returned to the shop many times for someone to help us and the only thing they do is give a phone number where you can call and fix it. I don't know what the point is if you can't get help - probably just to convince more customers to sign more contracts. This has been a terrible experience!

I went to this store 3 days ago to for a phone deal and Ameena, the guide who helped me, was very very helpful and friendly. The phone I wanted to get was no longer in stock, but she went through other options with me and found one that I liked. I had quite a few questions as I am new to EE and Ameena answered all my questions and helped me decide in terms of plan and price, and helped me compare plans and phones. The credit check took quite a while, but she made it a pleasant experience and made sure I had the documents at the end. The other staff were helpful and friendly as well, but I will definitely recommend talking to Ameena if you need guidance.
Yesterday I had to go again to the store to retrieve an item and check on an issue and both were sorted quickly. So far the app and plan are working great!

Awful customer service!
Toja is extremely rude and needs intensive training on customer service skills. If your being paid by a business to work you need to he delivering the customer service whi h is expected and not be rude to customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude. Going by other reviews on here I'm not the only one who thinks this store is a disgrace. Would never recommend this particular store. I'm sure this isn't a reflection on all the other stores who do deliver outstanding customer service.
This store in Staines- maybe an intensive course in delivering customer service is needed!!!

Today I have been to EE store at Elmsleigh shopping centre.Customer assistant name is Naveed. He look like help me but he doesn?t help me. I feel like that he was pushing to me by other way. He didn?t listen what I explained to him. I have mobile contact about £34.42 per month for me and my wife and then he wants me to help going down £26 per month . Actually I paid £9.42 per month previous contract and allowances was 1GB data. When EE took over from BT , I get unlimited data from EE broadband and I am still paying for £9.42 and my wife sim is £24.68 per month. This guy didn?t see my account properly or maybe he pretended he doesn?t know. If he really wants to help customers he should change my wife SIM card £24.68 to £13. No need to change my sim contract . In the meantime he is going up my EE broadband £4 more unnecessary to use, I feel like dishonest to customers. Actually we don?t need 500 mbps but he try to say that if EE boardband price increases £4 more in present contract and then he can reduce mobile contract deals . So I was confused and I phoned to customers service, customer service said that i don?t need to change new contract or pay more £4 each month if I don?t want more mbpps. So If I feel like cheating to innocent customers. We are ok with 150mpbs.
And then at end I kindly explain to him. I should not pay for £13 per month. My sim is £9.42 and I already got unlimited data. He didn?t listen and rude manners. I should pay £23 per month for both sim instead of £26. So I phoned to customers service.Let me say that I give to credit to customers service online because customer service online is very smart, honest and very helpful. They said to me that you are right , I need to pay £23 per month and then they refunded to me £72 to my account for two years because of £3 overpaid every month for two years. They can?t restore my benefits back.Now I lost my benefits even I received £72 from EE And then I cancel broadband to pay £4 more every month. It wasn?t necessary to use. I remember customers assistant named and I will still complain to customers service again. I am not happy that way of he treated to innocent customers.

Walked into o2 to try and trying to sort my contract out and was not made to feel welcome. The guy at the desk made 0 effort and did not even say hello.
Decided to give EE a go, and was greeted straight away by Naveed who delivered excellent customer service through out our interaction. He got me set up with a good contract and superseded my expectations.
