The coffee was fine, but could have done with the staff member put the milk in rather than texting friends, only when she noticed I’d got my phone out did she turn away.

I have visited Costa Coffee twice, ( in elmsleigh shopping center)and unfortunately, both times I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members (short hair – I don’t know her name). Costa is..... COSTA! I love the Americano. I love the Millionaire Shortbread
I prefer Costa *High St* type stores - all slight different ambience.... cos they are all different shapes and sizes.
This one is in a shopping centre (mall) so it served its purpose.
