Firstly, I cannot comment on the room standards as I haven't stayed here as a Hotel guest. I can say that the location next to the River Thames is good. Shepperton Railway Station is just under a mile away, a 20 minute walk. From there you can get a train into Waterloo Station which stops at Kempton Park Racecourse, Hampton... read full comment

The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly welcoming and helpful. However, the rooms need more TLC ...they are not soundproof. Did not get much sleep cause of a very noisy couple next-
