“We stopped here en route to an event in Reigate and were hoping for some lunch. However, we were told there was no kitchen open. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing as, having checked their website, they have a menu but have 'Closed' on their kitchen opening times. The pub itself was lovely and welcoming. Price was fairly typical (I think I paid around £4 - £5 for vodka and mixer). I particularly liked its hidden outdoor space - the rooftop beer garden. The only problem is that it takes a lot of stairs to access it. You'll need to go up a winding stair case inside the pub and then go up an additional set of (quite steep) steps outside, so it's definitely not a good choice if you have mobility issues! Overall, I thought this was a well-decorated, friendly pub. But if you are planning on eating, I would just make sure you contact the pub first as it was unclear to us why the kitchen was closed.”
“Silvia was so accommodating to our needs and even after my request via telephone call in the morning, she followed up to check how far we were from the property. Very warm welcoming, clean rooms and a very comfy bed. Thank you so much”
