Jack is always friendly, helpful and approachable. He makes shopping at the Reigate, London Road branch a really pleasant experience. So much so that when I relocate from my job I will still travel to that Co op! I think the main reasons he's popular is that he engages with all customers and can't do enough to help.

Kind and helpful staff , very convenient with a reasonable selection. Clearly not a large supermarket but the proximity to me and opening times more than make up for that.
