Just would like to mention how great Sam was on Saturday with my friend who is in her later years. He was beyond helpful, so patient, transferred all her important data over with no issue. Sorted her price plan out and got her the new phone she needed and didn't sell her the wrong phone, unlike the previous experience she had. High praise for you Sam, you were awesome!
