Wanted to purchase a new phone but couldn't even get into shop locked doors policy and poor customer service

Date of experience, 10th of June I had to get two new phones for my parents due to old 3G network being shut off On arrival was greeted by friendly staff And the whole service from all involved was great, didn’t get the names of the staff but they made the whole process very easy.
Absolute first class from O2 here, massive customer care, and hugely impressed with the knowledgeable staff especially Harry and the girl (name I didn’t catch), highly recommend and credit to their store, nice work folks
