Afternoon tea was underwhelming. Searched long and hard for a unique afternoon tea. Despite the website menu looking exciting the actual sandwiches and prawn cocktail voluvant were uninspiring. I came to stay at your hotel over the weekend which lovely, food was outstanding and staff were very friendly I had spa treatments one of which was an express pedi which I had to have my nails repainted as the polish seemed to curdle and upon the second reapplication it was now worse and not well applied. This place is great and deserves its fantastic ratings. The only issues I have are things I wouldn't expect in a 5* hotel, little things like... You book as a couple and they only have one robe in the room and then having the expectation that guests to take the robes from the room for the spa.
