“Popped by for a few bits and bobs on 12th August, needed to ask where to find the Organic wine, felt a bit uncomfortable having to interrupt and ask a young male member of staff who was engaged in conversation with another male colleague, plenty of choice swearing between them which I didn't feel was appropriate in an aisle with shoppers and young children. However, he assisted me with locating the wine I was looking for and the lady on the checkout was very friendly, courteous and pleasant. Wished I'd got her name now (An ample sized lady with tattoos on her arms, hope that doesn't sound rude) She left a positive impression of the store.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service from the two guys in the Tesco Mobile shop, within the leatherhead superstore, today. I needed a SIM card and inexpensive PAYG type contract, for my elderly father with Alzheimers. They explained everything clearly, helped we weigh up the pros and cons of the different tariffs and then went out if their way to set up the SIM for me, which was very kind.”
