Went to the cafe today as I regularly do and always great easy happy and fast service and great food went today every great except some fool in management has decided now we have to use self service tills. The self service kiosks that have been installed today was a nightmare. It’s appalling! Whoever thought this was a good idea is stupid. I won’t be coming back here.
