Pretty good store, generally has everything I've needed when visiting. Staff are helpful and seem to be on hand when needed. Parking is good with a good amount of space. Even better when the burger van is there!

Whilst normally the service at Wickes is great, today was not. My click and collect order hadn't been prepared, even though I'd received a message that it was ready for collection. Very disappointing having to wait, and each member of staff blaming someone else.

Rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I wonder how much business this store is losing because of this? So bad, I will pay a premium to NOT shop there in future.
