Visited this Urban store today, and wanted to write a review specifically praising Nurcan! She was incredibly helpful at the till and brought an extremely lovely atmosphere to the store despite how busy it was, making my experience all the more better. Thank you so much xx

I stopped by yesterday for some shopping. The staff at the till and fitting rooms were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back with my friends!
