I have popped into this shop on a number of occasions, and the shop keeper has never really been particularly polite. He always seems like he's complaining to you about things, as if it is your fault as to why he is a shop keeper.But I recently got a UPS parcel delivered to this shop (not out of choice), and the behaviour I just received was totally unbelievable. As per the delivery note, I could collect upto 10pm. I arrive at 9.20pm, and the shop keeper instantly tells me 'its too late'. 'he's busy'. When I politely said that the website said he was open for collections until 10pm, he went on an expletive rant at me saying I was 'f'ing crazy to expect him to get the parcel for me', and that 'I should tell UPS they are 'f***ing b*****s'. I honestly have no idea where it all came from - I had barely said a word.On promptly leaving the shop, I did suggest that if he didn't want to be a UPS collection point, then perhaps he shouldn't. He repeated his opinion and told me to complain to those 'f'***ing b******s.I hope never to go back.
