Worst office branch I ever seen, ordered specific banknotes last week just to find out next week that they didn't even bother to look for these banknotes and suggested to withdraw with whatever banknotes they have

Customer service? I can’t put into words how bad my experience with the Guildford branch has been I have been a customer for 40 years and cannot believe the utter disregard for a loyal customer. When i walked in the door i was greeted by the lovely lady who has been there for years. I think her name is Sarah. She is an incredible ambassador for lloyds who are very luvky to have her on their payroll.
