Extremely Poor Customer Service and Disrespectful Behaviour, I will not be returning, and I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.
I?ve been to this shop three times to send a parcel with Evri, and each time I was given a different excuse. The staff were unprofessional, inconsistent, and it honestly felt like they were just making things up to waste my time.
What made the experience even worse is that the staff suddenly started speaking in an Indian language while I was standing right in front of them. It was very clear from their tone and body language that they were talking about me, which I found extremely rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect honesty and basic courtesy ? both of which were completely lacking.

Eh don't lie on your information page. I went to costcutter at 9.30pm on a sibei cold night to buy tampons and what do I see when I turn the corner? you're not open! then don't say that you are going to be open if you want to just close shop early ok. My friend said god said that if you lie you will lose your tongue. you are going to lose your tongue!! then you will know.otherwise service not bad. cashiers quite friendly. price bit expensive only but inflation mah. bobian. cannot help it. i understand.

I've critisised them in the past having grown up close by but they've improved a lot in recent years and are much better set up as a local store for students. They're cheaper than the similar convienience stores on worplesdon road and have a wide range of basics

Agree with others?..rude, aggressive and physically assaulted me when I tried to take photos of my parcel as he wouldn?t give me a proof of postage receipt and I wanted my own proof where I had left it. Reported to police, please avoid this store!

They are certainly a convenient store for me. Often used them for parcel dropoff and never had an issue with that. Occasionally buy milk or other food item without issue and no complaints from me. Friendly enough staff also I would say.

Convenient local store well known for ripping off customers. It is stocked with overpriced produce. Definitely one to avoid if you can. It relies entirely on convenience from locals and uni students and knows they'll always be there so doesn't even try to improve. Poor store in general

Rude C#*ts in this shop, talk to customers absolutely disgracefully. I will be following up with Hermes as they refused to take my parcel. Video footage will be included. Avoid at all costs unless you don?t mind rude staff that shout unnecessarily. Would leave -* if possible. And to the matey that spoke to me today look forward to seeing you around my friend.
