Sorry,but your coffee doesn't have taste at all.. Milk also should be better, so my medium latte was bad.

Ordered a mango bubble tea and it was absolutely disgusting. The guy almost forgot to put the bubbles in the drink and gave the wrong straw and laughed it off. There was no mango flavour, it just tasted like an overpriced disgusting watered down drink. Had to throw it way, don't recommend.

Disgusting chairs, I have not seen this before!! Guildford is reputable area, how is it possible!
I would say the manager should be ashamed to have not find a way to replace the super old furniture, I would say everywhere else in Europe Costa coffee looks much better furniture wise.
Otherwise coffee was really nice and staff was friendly

Staff was great with my SEN son but atmosphere was really weird. Not sure if because od the time of the day (2pm ish) but it felt empty.

The salted caramel frappè did not meet Costa's usual high standards. The flavour was lacking, and the topping was absent.

Ordered coffee frappe the other day and the amount of coffee they put to make one cup makes more than two cups making the coffee tasteless as the rest of the coffee goes into the sink.Need more training for staff to make delicious coffee frappe.

Visited this store any times over the years and have always been pleased. I enjoyed the breakfast we had and felt it was good value for 2 drinks and 2 portions of toast for £9.10, will visit again.
