Fobbed off and quickly ushered to pay for my eye test after informing them I wasn’t buying that day. Only to be charged £35 for my eye test, despite website stating £25. Had 3 appointments cancelled in a row. One because of a software fault of their it system, and twice because they didn’t have the staff available. Been waiting for months now. Recommend trying the Guildford ranch instead.
