Visited last year and felt very unwelcomed by the owners, so I left. Seeing similar experiences from other customers reminded me to leave this review

Great ? shop very helpful staff now it's on me to get the miles done in my new shoes looking forward to each mile

Walked into the Farnham branch earlier today and was given dirty looks by both staff and customers. It seems they don’t like people who don’t fit the aesthetic standard. Left almost as soon as I walked in despite needing a new pair of shorts as my last pair were ruined during the London Marathon. Will be taking my money... read full comment
