“We attended this place to drop off some books.A lady with shoulder-length greyish hair and a lovely young man with glasses greeted us politely. I asked them if they needed more books and the lady told us that they would accept more books, which is ideal because I plan to donate more.There is a wonderful selection of things and it is worth going to this shop just to see what it has to offer.”

“I’m really impressed with the service and range available here. I went in to research which trainers to try next as I’m still looking for ‘the one’ - came away with three possibilities and was able to take them for test drive on a treadmill. There was a range of attractive offers and deals available and friendly, well-informed staff. I didn’t feel pressured to make an on the spot purchase which makes me far more inclined to return. Great range of accessories and nutrition- everything you could want from a running shop.Oh and it’s in a beautiful building near the centre of historic Farnham with parking nearby should you need it.”

“Had the most fantastic customer service today in the Farnham branch. The lady assistant (don't know her name but would think she is the manager), just couldn't have been more helpful. She even modelled the clothes for me (and looked fabulous in them all!). Superb shopping experience, cannot recommend highly enough.”

“I needed some number plates made up. I called before to check the machine was working and once I got the go ahead, I drove over and left within 10mins with the new plates. A very quick and efficient service.”

“I love this shop, the staff are always so lovely and welcoming and are a credit to Fatface. You are allowed dogs in and they always have a supply of treats behind the counter, means you can pop in if you are at the park (which can be dangerous as I am always popping in!). Love their clothes, good quality and they are always happy to provide advice on which products work together, but it is just nice to go to a shop where staff are just happy.”
