I have been trying to call the pharmacy for over a week to cancel a flu jab appointment but it seems to be constantly engaged. I see from recent reviews the ownership has changed and therefore possibly the phone number. I get repeat prescriptions dispensed at Ricky’s and it’s not a good start that I haven’t been notified...

I am becoming very disillusioned with the new ownership and subsequent new procedures and systems introduced at the pharmacy, I assume to improve efficiency? Well I don’t think it is working. Plenty of staff rushing around but every time I attend to collect medication it is never just straightforward - staff customer...

Very poor service, telephones never answered. Phone rings off the hook. Have been owed 24 tablets for over a month and each time I try to phone the call never gets answered. I have paid for the medications in full but as I have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere, due to the poor service here, they claim they do not...
